His illustrious tenure at the Archdiocese of Washington as the Director of Event Planning saw him direct activities that emphasized cultural diversity and outreach, focusing on a plethora of communities. At Community Therapeutic Center, Inc., he set up and managed an evidence-based supported employment program, demonstrating an acute sense of program development and management.
His roles at Arundel Lodge, Learning How 2 Live and St. Paul Parks & Recreations are a testament to his commitment to promoting health, wellness, and personal development, not just in workplaces but also in communities. With BHI Advanced Internet Solutions, Dr. Xavier championed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, showcasing his capability to drive organizational change toward a more inclusive and diverse environment. Dr. Xavier is the architect of the much-heralded Fitness in the Parks program that is now used in every major city.
Dr. Xavier’s influence doesn’t end at organizational consultancy; he is a well-renowned speaker, having presented on varied topics like “Health & Wellness in Culturally Diverse Communities”, “Leadership Styles and Emotional Intelligence”, and “Diversity & Equity in the Technology Field”.
His relentless spirit to give back is evident from his extensive volunteer experiences, from commemorating Black Catholic History Month with the Archdiocese of Washington to assisting in reconciliatory events that honor slaves in unmarked graves.
An eternal student, Dr. Xavier is currently progressing toward his Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He holds an MA in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Health & Human Services Management from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and a BA in Business from Inver Hills college.
