What We Do
We build stronger organizations by fostering a sense of shared meaning and collective responsibility.
We consider Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) not merely desirable but an ethical and financial need for every organization. Employing DEI across the board helps bring in top talent from various backgrounds, fosters a sense of community among workers, releases employees’ creative juices, and ultimately helps improve the world.
Go to your level
No matter where you are on your DEI journey or what specific program you need assistance with, we can help.
Recognize the big picture
We learn about your organization and its values, how various forms of diversity (including intersectionality) manifest themselves, and the extent to which your staff and other stakeholders feel they are valued and respected.
Align your goals and actions
Understanding your particular context allows us to co-create integrated solutions with and support your priorities, demonstrating why DEI shouldn’t exist in a vacuum.
Spaces where people feel safe enough to collaborate and develop
We maximize chances for teamwork and “group genius” by making both physical and digital spaces where people feel comfortable speaking openly and contributing thoughtfully.
Instances of genuine DEI
We emphasize demonstrating DEI in practice, which means we look for evidence of it in areas like stakeholder engagement, company culture, and the employee experience.
Our Methodology
We focus on being evidence-based, practically applicable, and results-oriented. We help our customers define and communicate their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We work with them to ensure that DEI is reflected in all critical areas of their company’s culture and employee experience.
Instead of focusing on remote training sessions or events, we use a systemic approach that helps teams and executives see why these topics should be central to their companies, how to set priorities, and how to make lasting changes.
It is time for social and racial justice to have real, long-lasting consequences.
Companies, in our view, can do much good for the cause of social and racial justice if they recognize and capitalize on the significant role they play in the framework of DEI. This requires having the guts to commit time, energy, and resources to overcome systemic racism and intersectionality. It is not enough to state that we desire cultures of inclusion and belonging; we must also acknowledge the historical and systematic barriers encountered by many and seek to erase these disparities, not just inside our own companies but throughout society.
